The New Kindlegraph!

Everyone likes that feeling of awe and warmth that follows having stood in line for hours, your feet aching, your nerves shot, all so you could meet your favorite author and have their signature grace the inside of your book.

The biggest downfall of ebooks: you don't get to join in any of the fun!

Well, that stops now. I found this pretty cool feature that is now being offered to people who have ebooks. It's called Kindlegraph. This is the latest in forward thinking developments, in my humble opinion. Now anyone who writes or has written books can sign up and make their work available to the world. Even better, people the world over can get signatures from their favorite authors! This includes indies folks! If you write it, you can sign it.

Now, depending on the type of pc you have, you will either be doodling your name with your finger or your clicker (mouse), and unless you are highly skilled, it will probably come out as some illegible mess of nonsense better suited to a preschool art project, but it's still pretty cool. If you want to leave a little heartfelt message to your reader, you can do that too! Thankfully, this feature is offered in a very legible cursive, so no confusion there.

Currently, there are over 13,000 books available by 3,000 authors. I am positive as this feature takes off, those numbers will soar. Join up via your Twitter account. If you're an indie author, get your books cataloged. If you're an avid reader who loves your author of choice to a stalker-like level and just can't live until they have touched your book in some way, then dash over and request that signature! And since Holly and I welcome stalkers openly, here are the links to our books to get you started.

Happy stalking!

Review of Fifty shades of Grey

Fifty shades of Grey by El James

Review by Holly Hood

Rated: 4 out of 5 stars

I finished the book.

I know I would have finished a lot sooner if I had the time. The book for me was really good. I won’t say great because I had some minor issues. But I couldn’t give it less than four stars because the overall story was a great one. I love dysfunction in books. And this story had that for sure!

Fifty shades of Grey is not a book that I would have ever thought of reading. I have seen the cover everywhere. It’s not even the content that scared me away. I just never was attracted to the cover or had it jump out at me. The reason I finally said what the heck, was by accident when a woman on Goodreads said she was reading it and how much she loved it. This made me look closer, and seeing all the listopia votes about Christian Grey, I had to take a chance. I like great characters.

The story was very raw. So much so you felt like a perverted fly on the walk taking in things you really shouldn’t. Sometimes I was shaking my head and confused why I was into this book. A lot like Anastasia I suppose.

The one thing this book does is create a character that you can’t help but love. Everything about Christian tells you to run away. You couldn’t fall for a person like this, but it’s his soft side that is buried deep that slowly comes to the surface as Ana and him get to know each other. I was dying to know why he was the way he was and what she could do to fix it. By the end of the read I wanted to hug him and make things okay, which he would hate.

The story was great, I loved every chapter. I think the pace was killer. Everything unfolded just the way I wanted it to. The one thing I was wishing for seemed to evolve as the story went along. And this kept me happy.

As for any complaints, my only ones was the sometimes cheesy wording when it came to the sexual acts. Maybe it’s just me, but normal people don’t talk in that way. I like the wording to be believable and there were time I didn’t feel what she said to him or vice versa.

I also think I could have done without a lot of Anastasia phrasings. They seemed to occur time and time again. I think those could have been switched up a little.

I thought the inner goddess was funny for the first fifty percent of the book. But after awhile she just got old. Soon I found myself wishing Ana would borrow some of Christian’s rope to bound and gag her so she would shut up. I get it was probably the authors way of letting us see inside the mind of Ana and her thoughts on this strange lifestyle she was partaking in, but it got old.

The ending was a punch in the face. It shattered my heart. It was so real and emotional, I loved it! Now I am dying to start the next.

The author has really created a story that is more than just sex. Some might be shocked, but if you really read this book you will see it’s more than that. This book has so much going for it. You won’t be disappointed. If you are looking for a character that you love to hate, I would say give this book a shot. Although I didn’t ever hate Christian I felt for him. But he did have a very very dark side.

Anyone sensitive to sex in books steer clear, because this more than just average sex. This is way beyond. But if you want a story that keeps you reading and sweeps you off your feet in a really bad way, then this is the book for you!

Great job!!

Interview with Brandi Salazar

*taps mic*

Today I had the honor of interviewing a great author and also a close friend. Brandi Salazar is the author of several new books. If I had to describe her writing style I would say: creative, sometimes dark, humorous and original.

Brandi knows how to create a well developed world in her stories. She does an amazing job at creating frightening scenes as well as the lighter side of things. Brandi has a real knack for romance in her stories and the reader is always in store for a great relationship in Brandi's books. So please enjoy the interview. Take a moment to get to know this promising new indie author and check out her books. Thank you!

1.I know you very well, but the readers don't, so tell me a bit about yourself.

I am a mother of three lovely children and have been married for 11 years to a pretty great guy. Currently, I am earning a degree in business, but what I
really want to do when all is said and done is book editing. I’m a pretty average girl. I enjoy photography, writing and I love reading to an almost unhealthy degree. Sweet tea is my vice of choice. I wear heels with my jeans and I wish on shooting stars often. My sense of humor is dark and sarcastic and I love to scare people at every opportunity—my husband will probably die of a heart attack one day.

2.When did you first consider yourself a writer?

Very recently, actually. I really started taking it seriously when a friend of mine started taking hers seriously, and I just rolled with it. When I think back on it, I have been writing since I was little, say five or six. I got really into it in junior high when my long time best friend and I would exchange short stories and whacky poems as we waited for the school doors to open each morning or throughout the day in class when we should have been listening to the teacher’s lecture. Summer school was totally worth the laughs we had.

3.I wonder who that friend was, anyways, what inspired you to write your first book?

A friend of mine started writing and as I read hers I thought, there’s no reason I can’t do this. I gave it a shot. It was rocky at first, but once I got into it, I became completely absorbed and ideas started rolling in one after the other. Basically, I got the bug.

4.The bug, its a hard thing to shake. What books have influenced your life most?

For me, it’s not so much the books, but the authors who wrote them. Richelle Mead, J.R. Ward, and especially L.A. Banks. They each are very powerful, successful businesswomen who are highly educated and they saw their dream, recognized it, and sought to make it a reality. I love to challenge myself, and I admire and respect those who do the same.

5. What a great answer. If you had to choose, which writer would you consider a mentor?

Well, that’s a tough one. Although the above mentioned women jump to the front of my mind, I think the one writer that I could truly consider a mentor is Holly Hood. Of course you all know she’s an indie author—a quite successful one at that—and part of this blog. But she is also the person who I look to for guidance in this crazy world of writing. She figures out all the ins and outs of the business and through her efforts I have learned a great deal. She is also my biggest champion. We all have our moments, and she is my go-to gal when I need inspiration or a quick pick me up.

6.I'm blushing over here. I will pay you later for the compliment. What book are you reading now?

Nothing at the moment, but I plan to start in T-minus one hour…give or take 60 seconds. I just finished the second book in the Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy, so Fifty Shades of Freed is next on the chopping block.

7. I myself am reading those, Mrs. Salazar *inside joke* What do you like to do when you’re not writing?

Reading is my go-to for entertainment. Nothing compares to getting lost in a world of fantasy. If for whatever reason I can’t pick up a book, I am generally spending time with my family. Currently, my husband and I are finishing up Gears of War and when we’re not doing that, we are taking in scary movies with our girls (our son HATES scary movies).

8.I can confirm this to be true. Some days she is nowhere to be found all day. The girl might be the fastest reader I know.Where do you get your ideas for your books?

Like the great Stephan King, I get my ideas from my dreams. Those come most easily for me to write because they have a tendency to burn themselves into my psyche.

9.That has yet to happen for me, but I think that is so cool. What new author has grasped your interest?

I usually come by my authors late in the game. Like a used car, new-to-me authors would include Claudia Grey, Jennifer Ashley, and Meagan Hatfield. But the person I am most impressed by is a fellow indie author I met on this writing website called Webook: Kimberly Reeves. She’s one of the most talented writers I have come across, and I have been rooting for her success since I picked up her first book and fell head over heels into it.

10.If you couldn’t be an author, what would your ideal career be?

As I mentioned before, I am going to school to become an editor. Since starting this whole writing thing I have noticed that I get the most enjoyment from editing. I like the organization and the detail work of it. So, yeah, that’s my ideal career.

11.What was your favorite chapter to write and why?

Put me on the spot why don’t ya! Scouring my brain, I would have to say my favorite chapter would be when Trent takes Jessica to his house for the first time in Addicted to Magic. They share some intimate moments that I find both raw and beautiful. It’s a moment when I really got to see Jessica’s vulnerability and Trent’s softer side.

12.I enjoyed that chapter too. Why do you feel you had to tell this story?

I have always been fascinated with witchy storylines, but the idea that witchcraft could be dangerous in more than a spell casting kind of way intrigued me. Honestly, it just kind of fell together. I didn’t go into it saying, yes, this is exactly what I want from this one, but more like it evolved from the opening page. I didn’t know what was going to happen until it happened.

13.Can you tell us about your upcoming book?

I have several, but the closest one is the second in my Brotherhood series, A Warrior’s Betrayal. It will pick up after the last where Erias is trapped in the underworld, a prisoner to Persephone while topside Cheyenne and Behr get a little cozier as they deal with her grief over losing him.

14. And I look forward to reading it.How do you market your book(s)?

I don’t do too much at the moment. I prefer to concentrate on writing them and making them available, and pretty much let the chips fall where they may. What I do involves a margin of plug-ins on Facebook, the blog, of course, and I seek out a few reviewers. That’s it! I know it sounds lazy, and it probably is, but I’m not seeking fame or fortune. I just want to write it, and if people like it and it sells, great! If not, well, it is what it is.

15.Do you have any advice for aspiring authors?

Don’t bother with the hype. You don’t need to watch the market for what is popular currently. Write what you know and love. That is where your inspiration will come from, and it will show in your writing. Develop a pattern and stick to it. Write a little every day, or on a designated day of the week, just so long as you are writing. Look for inspiration everywhere, especially in areas that evoke emotion. I like to watch the Discovery Channel. End of the world kind of stuff, angels and demons, that sort of thing.

16. Great advice. If you could trade places with any other person for a week, famous or not famous, living or dead, real or fictional, with whom would it be?

That’s a tough one because it changes so frequently. If I had to choose, I think it would be Rose from Vampire Academy. Not only is she a kick ass vampire slayer, but she has a group of great and loyal friends, hotties galore who are all falling at her feet to be with her, and a no nonsense attitude that screams “Don’t mess with me!”

17. If aliens landed in front of you and, in exchange for anything you desire, offered you any position on their planet, what would you want?

Well, I would have to request presidency. Seriously, if I found myself on an alien planet; I want to be the one making the rules. You never know what those creatures have up their sleeves (probes anyone?).

18.If Hollywood made a movie about your life, whom would you like to see play the lead role as you?

Considering that people keep telling me that I look like Reese Witherspoon, I guess it would have to be her. I have the teeth part down to a science!

19. You so do.If someone wrote a biography about you, what do you think the title should be?

The Eternal Procrastinator.

Beautiful Disaster by Jamie Mcguire

Beautiful Disaster by Jamie Mcguire

I purchased Beautiful Disaster based on two things. The story’s description and the amount of positive reviews on Amazon, that’s not to say I base my reading on what others think—because I don’t.

The cover was eye catching, and reading the synopsis really pulled me in.
Before I get into my opinion (everyone has their own) I want to say obviously this story has something that kept me reading. I don’t finish a book unless it forces me to. But that doesn’t mean I enjoyed it as much as I anticipated.
I am going to challenge myself today to explain the story in one very small paragraph—which I think can be done.

So here goes…

Beautiful Disaster is a story that is just that, a beautiful Disaster. It’s a story about a dysfunctional relationship between Abby aka “pigeon” and Travis Maddox. (I don’t even need a paragraph that wraps it up for me in a nutshell)

How did I feel while reading this book? I felt astonished, shocked, happy and then sickened. It was like watching a horrible scenario play out before your eyes (a man snatches an old ladies purse and beats her with it, but you merely sit there and take it in instead of doing something) that was sort of the way I felt about this book.

I sit here wondering about the author. Did she see this book as an actual relationship that made her swoon? Was she trying to shock and awe? Because the dynamics between the characters was so twisted I couldn’t enjoy their relationship about a quarter of the way through the book. It was grimy. The kind of relationship that to me would have me filing for a restraining order.

I get dysfunction. I love it, I write it. But there was a point where the intrigue I felt for Travis flew out the window. He became everything you don’t want out of a man. He was clingy, possessive and “stalkerish”. Not to mention violent. Even knowing what he had been through in his life it didn’t resolve his ways for me. I simply read to see if one of them killed the other one, or if somehow they would see how toxic they were for each other and act like normal human beings and walk away.

A lot of the story was so much that I just couldn’t get into it. Abby goes from this mysterious college girl to a former gambler intertwined with the mob. Really? Or how about the scene where the macho Travis bust into an episode of Mobbed in the cafeteria (google it if you don’t know what show I’m talking about, it’s great.) Some parts were just too hard to believe to enjoy for me.

Aside from this it didn’t take away from the great characters. I loved America and Shepley. They were funny and helped the story along, although if America was such a good friend I wonder why she rooted her friend’s horrible choice in men along for as long as she did—actually she basically supported the horrible relationship from beginning to end. It took her to the end to finally say enough is enough. And every time, like an emotionally battered being she was pulled back in.

I would say there were three times in the story that I felt the book should have ended. And then it went on and on and on. I kept reading, sure, but really it was so long and to me I think it could have been half the amount that it was and still have the same moral—yeah I think there is a moral to this story. Don’t be so completely dependent on someone that you can’t function normally without them. And don’t get stupid tattoos. *shrugs*

I want to say I think the author is a great story teller; she made one hell of a chaotic relationship. If you’re looking for a chaotic tumultuous romance then this is for you.

I’ve even read over some reviews and giggled. It’s a story, the point of a book is to entertain and I was totally entertained. I would even read another book by the author.

Even though the relationship had me cringing a little part of me enjoyed the disaster. And if a story can keep you reading and in awe, well, to me that’s a good thing.

I give it three stars for the simple fact I like to fall head over heels for my characters and although there were aspects I liked about them all, I just felt that it was a little cheesy for me.

So with that I say enjoy Beautiful Disaster as what it is: a form of entertainment. I don’t think the author was trying to teach anyone a lesson in life. She just wanted readers to come along for the ride.

And lastly, there is a lot of foul language (which I love) and sex. *gasp* (which is fine by me) so if you’re young and living with the rents, I say stay away.

Review of Cross my heart by Katie Klein

Cross my heart—Katie Klein

Jaden McIntyre the main character in Cross my heart is an all around good person. She throws fundraisers for everything, from feeding the children in third world countries to raising money to battle glaucoma. She is all work and no play.

Everyone sees her as Ms. Perfect, the girl striving for excellence at everything she does. She has the boyfriend on the basketball team. A really great best friend. And an ideal family life. What more could she want?

While doing a fundraiser Jaden is late for class. She thinks this is no biggie because she also works in the office and practically writes hall passes herself. But this time it doesn’t work as well as she plans and she ends up paired with the boy in her class that everyone calls the “loner”. There are many rumors flying around school about Parker Whalen and they have bad written all over them. But Jaden isn’t about to let this get in the way of her good grades. She is determined to find a way to partner with Parker and make the best of it.

Parker isn’t so happy about their union and simply ignores Jaden altogether. It’s not until she corners him and literally forces him to speak to her that she gets anywhere with the antisocial guy. Parker sees Jaden as the most boring person at the school. And he lets her know this right off the bat. Soon Jaden realizes it’s not going to be as easy as she thought to be partners with the kid from the wrong side of the track.

Soon Jaden seems to be moving past the hard exterior and learning more and more about Parker. He isn’t the social misfit everyone thinks he is. He is smart, and has a lot to say. He is actually witty and has a funny personality. Parker doesn’t care what others think of him and this at times is frustrating for Jaden. She can’t always handle his quick wit and matter of fact personality, probably because he tells her the ugly truth—something she doesn’t like to hear.

The story centers on their school project. A report on a book about a dysfunctional love triangle. Jaden sees the story as tragic and finds it upsetting. While Parker sees sides to the story that she would have never thought of. The story brings up the discussion of love. And it’s obvious that Jaden is slowly finding herself wanting to know more about Parker. She devours the book in one night determined to prove to Parker that she isn’t just this boring girl. But I think it backfires because they exchange even more banter infused with a lot of subtle flirtation. You can see the bond grow stronger each time they meet. Each time they come together a little more is offered up from Parker. To the point Jaden is finding it hard to not look in his direction at school, and not think about him when he is not around. She even starts bringing him food because he never eats at school.

Soon her friends see the changes. They know there is something more than just a school project, but, Jaden is the only one who doesn’t want to admit it. Parker tells Jaden that she is bored, and wants to open her up to a whole new way of thinking. He wants to show her there is fun out there if she just will walk on the wild side. And after some prodding she does just that and gets even closer to him by way of motorcycles rides and late night meetings in her attic. All the while she feels horrible to be lying and hiding what she is doing from her boyfriend, friends and family.

Nobody but Jaden understands Parker. Everyone judges him and this is a bit upsetting to Jaden. She has to sneak to see him and ends up in some tricky situations because of it. In the end, she realizes that she is boring and safe. And she does have feelings for Parker. And the story turns into something I never expected.
As a reader I will say the writing was excellent. Katie Klein is an author capable of great conversation in this book. I loved the exchange between all the characters. It really felt real, like I was there witnessing it all. The story kept a good pace and never slowed or made me bored to tears.

Parker was a really swoon worthy guy in this story. I loved everything about him. He was so quick and blunt. He had a very callous attitude and it worked. I liked his over confidence when it came to Jaden. He didn’t have to go overboard to get her to want to be around him. He didn’t overstep his bounds with her at all. You couldn’t help but fall for Parker every time he opened his mouth and said something.
This book is Young adult; there wasn’t a whole lot of kissing or romance to the story. But I felt the connection even without. There was a tension between the characters that had you wanting and hoping for it to happen—and that’s always a good thing. If you’re looking for steamy this is not the story for you. But if you’re looking for a young adult romance that is sweet, moving and a good read, then this is the story for you.

As for negatives, the only issues I had through the entire book was the big part at the end. It wasn’t that I didn’t like what was going on with Parker. It was just a little unbelievable for me. And I actually had to read the part twice to make sure I understood what was happening. It kind of was a slap in the face. The kind you didn’t see coming. But I think maybe if I went back and read through, there were probably clues that I didn’t even take in.

I give the book five hearts!

Good read from a great author. I am a fan!

Favorite quotes from Cross my heart:

“He smirks, eyebrows lifting. “You’re surprised I’m capable of a thought-provoking conversation.”

“Aren’t we a little mature to be hiding in here? You’re not trying to get seven minutes out of me are you?”

“People believe what they want to believe. That’s not something you can change, whether you want to or not.”

“Why are you here? Does anyone really know why they’re here?” he counters.”

“Maybe I can stalk you again sometime.”

In Shadows by Rebecca S. Foote

                        An Enchanting Read!

The story opens in a town where strange disappearances are rumored but dismissed as “old wives tales.” It becomes apparent very early on that the stories are very true. Dimitri travels and hunts with his brother, Trevaun, sometimes even making a game of it. During a challenge of who can kill the most, Dimitri abducts Ariana Dallenhauf upon her leaving a social event, and determines to make her his protégé.

When Ariana awakes to her new life, she finds it difficult to adjust. Although her abilities come oddly easy to her, some of which even Dimitri is astonished by; she has a hard time parting with her mortal life much to Dimitri’s annoyance. She soon discovers a whole new world before her, however, one that existed right beneath her nose that is as complex as it is frightening. But with Dimitri by her side to guide her, it’s bound to be an exciting, eye opening experience.

When Dimitri and Trevaun are summoned back to the d’Avange castle by their uncle, the Grand Ruler of the Vampire Realm, to investigate a possible conspiracy, Ariana soon learns there is more to her than meets the eye, and the source of uncovering the mystery lies at D’Avange castle.

I liked following along with Ariana as she tried to make sense of this new world she found herself in and of her instructor, Dimitri. It is obvious that he is a man hardened by his past. But as he and Ariana interact, a certain softness is revealed.

I also found myself a little on edge when it came to Trevaun and his wife, Katrine. They are a ruthless couple that takes utmost pleasure in scouting and killing their victims. I often times felt the panic of the couples they targeted when they found out they were staring down the mouths of predators and they were the prey. Since I love a little darkness in my reading, it was very entertaining!

Overall, the story had a bit of a jerky beginning, but was quickly found its footing. I felt it was a little slow paced, and at times a little too descriptive as far as detailing every step and movement each character made. But I enjoyed it nonetheless. Foote is very good at describing even the smallest detail, which transported me back in time and made it easy for me stay firmly rooted in the story. The story took some interesting and unexpected turns as well, including dark magic and demonic influences that melded nicely with the vampire lore. I highly enjoyed trying to unravel who was behind the conspiracy, feeling like a bit of a detective and suspecting everyone in play at one time or another. The action sequences were lovely and delightfully gruesome. But if you are expecting an epic love story, you won’t find it here. Instead, I found the connection between Dimitri and Ariana to be very fitting of the times and generally very sweet and endearing. In short, Dimitri is a complete gentleman, which I loved.

I recommend In Shadows to anyone looking for a story that combines mystery, revenge, love, friendship, and, of course, vampires. It’s truly an enjoyable read.

My brain hurts

Oh the days when I sat and typed. Typed until I had half numb crippled fingers. A brain full of ideas. What happened? I never thought writer's block was a real thing, until it struck me. And I am not sure that is what is going on. I have tons of ideas for more books to write. Its just a matter of being interested enough in one of my ideas to dive deep into the world. I have to have a connection to my writing. I have to feel it. Sometimes I feel like I am mourning the loss of something when I think about Wingless. Wingless is my one true love. (in writing). Its that story that I feel so mesmerized, infatuated and a slave to. Who would have thought a book you created could have such sacred ties to your life. Its kind of funny actually. After writing so many stories about Evan and Eve, Kenny, Gray and Ari I really feel like they are hard to let go. But I believe its time to let them go. I have for a while now been playing with ideas in my mind. Could I come up with another story for Wingless? And finally I believe the answer to that is no. My writing has improved and I know I have the capability to give readers what they loved from Wingless in other books I write. So no worries, I am sure there will be other books to come that have the same effect. Just yesterday I got my very first review on Ink. And I was so happy. I have been waiting patiently (not really) to hear someone's thoughts on my newest book. To me its a bit different the my usual writing style. And I really am in love with it. I read it back and was so addicted, and it was me who wrote it. haha. I think it turned out to be a very great story. And the review I got yesterday agreed! It was probably the greatest review ever. It was everything I wanted to hear and that just made my day, week and year. Over the last week or so I have been driving myself mad with coming up with another story. I have ocd with writing. I have to write. I need to write everyday. I stared some stories, but I was bored a few pages in, so then I knew it wasn't the one for me to be writing right now. I also am collaborating with my best friend on a story idea. But, she needs some time before she and I start this project so that is on the back burner. And that was something my brain was ready to conquer. I guess I will try patience but I have no idea how being patient works, so we will see how that goes. Also I was writing a story with my best friend and another friend, I lost interest in the story and school started so it was hard to pull myself back into the saddle, so we decided to make it a short story. Lately I feel like I can't focus on anything in my thoughts for longer then 12.2 seconds. Its maddening. I try to get one task conquered at a time but I am always sidetracked by a kid, phone, cooking, cleaning, Facebook, life, some other task. All three of my kids are in school now. So I have time to write for sure. Now I am scrambling to collect my thoughts and jot them all on paper. So I can start another story, because that would put me back into my happy place. There are a few constants I need in my life to feel like I am aligned with the world. (my world that is lol) and that is writing and music. I am that person that needs a means of expression. I need to let out my thoughts, I need to express my feelings- be it happy, sad, excited, energetic, amused. And listening to music and writing lets those things come out. I have loved writing since I can remember, and now its an addiction. One that I will never go to rehab for. Lastly, I am trying to grow my fan base. Trying to promote and get more readers. What a hard task. I have the vision in my mind. I want to share my writing with the world. Become a known name in many households. Not everyone is going to like my writing or style, but there are those that do. And I want to connect with them. I want people to anticipate my next book. To continue to be moved by my writing. I want to be the change! Well... maybe its not that dramatic of a desire, I don't want to take over the world. But I want to be an author that people say is their favorite. And most importantly I just want to write!! Now that I have let all my crazy thoughts out, I will go tend to other things in life. *runs away*

What drives you?

It's been a minute since my last blog... Spring is finally here and I am thrilled. My mood is so much better just based on that. Whenever its dreary and gray I feel the same way myself.
On the writing front, I wrote another chapter in book six last night. And although I had to force myself to sit down and get to it, I loved how it turned out. And I was happy to be back to what I love.
I have been doing a lot of promoting for my ebooks. And its paying off, which is good because sometimes I get a headache trying to smooth it out. I have been looking for a game plan on marketing for weeks. (simple task to do everyday to promote.) And now I think I have those, and they are simple. At first I thought I would never find something that would work for me. But I think I have now.
So as of now my tactics are Twitter, Fb, Kindle Forum, and book bloggers. And interviews wherever I find them available. And this is easy enough for me. I say for me because I tend to have a short attention span, I get easily sidetracked(joy of motherhood)
I have become such a great multitasker that I go overboard. My brain is in 5949 directions all day, so organization is must for me.
Blogger helps me purge my mental stress....here I can do whatever I want. Its kind of cool.
Well back to book six, the story is a lot different then the first five. In a good way, I love where it went and I will say I am looking for this next chapter it is going to be AMAZING!
I will end with, I really don't understand the whole blogging thing. I blog because I want to write out my feelings, but I don't understand how anyone obtains followers. And seeing it seems impossible to find many blogs to me its rather tricky. Nonetheless I will return as much as I can, and maybe look up some info on a succesful blog. lol Good day!
